Privacy & account data

UPDATED 22 OCTOBER 2026

A guest preview uses first-party browser storage to remember active browsing time across pages, and to avoid counting the same time twice in multiple tabs. It pauses while the page is hidden or you are inactive. A personal exam date you choose is saved on this browser to display your countdown; it is not shared between these websites.

The original sample player stores answers, bookmarks, writing drafts and sample results in your browser. These sample records are not automatically uploaded or synchronised merely because you open the site. Clear them through the Review page’s “Clear saved practice” control. Other people using the same browser profile may be able to see this saved work.

When account services are enabled, signup uses your name, email address and a securely hashed password. Email-verification messages confirm control of the address. Protected diagnostic attempts and learning records support your student dashboard and authorised administration. Your account page identifies the available services; we do not display invented growth or payment figures.

Standard hosting and security logs may record IP addresses, requested pages and browser information. Account sessions use first-party security cookies. No payment-card details are collected by the launch sample application, and paid checkout is not yet open. We do not install advertising pixels or third-party analytics in this release.

Contact Perfect7 Educom for access, correction or deletion requests concerning account information. Browser-local records must also be cleared on the relevant device. External official-reference and Perfect7 links are separate websites with their own privacy practices. Never send a password or payment-card details in a support message.
